Celebrate Halloween at Harwood Arms with bourbon, beer, and a blockbuster theme on Saturday, October 30 at 10 PM with a cash-prize costume contest at the stroke of midnight! Show up to the District pub as a character from your favorite cult classic flick — from 90s Disney Channel favorites, to the best of Tim Burton, and everything in between. Cash prizes for the Top 3 in the costume contest. Live music by Corina Grove ‘til 2 AM.
